| Introduction | I write articles and essays on women, health and aging. I'm currently a blogger and the art editor for STREETLIGHT Magazine online. I've recently written AGING FAMOUSLY: FOLLOW THOSE YOU ADMIRE TO LIVING LONG AND WELL. (See posted excerpts.) I've also produced educational and documentary films. "In The Fullness of Time" focuses on the life of a 107 year old African American teacher. The film, narrated by poet Rita Dove, often re-airs on Virginia PBS during Black History Month. "Rosalina's Faith in America" premiered at the 2008 Virginia Film Festival. I live in Charlottesville, Virginia with my husband, John, a landscape painter and educator. |
