Introduction	An ex Tasmanian living in Melbourne who misses the family, fresh fruit and vegies of Tassie and everyday contact with food. I love learning from people about new and old methods of cookery. I come from a long line of agricultural people in Syria and Lebanon. My grandmother used to make and sell butter and cheese. I think this has rubbed off on me so here I am!

Favorite movies	Sitting in the dark not talking is not my favourite thing to do, But I loved Saving Grace.
Favorite music	Rock, Fayrouz, Blues, Lady Gaga, Madonna, New Young Pony Club, 80's music, Just about anything really.
