| Introduction | Sticks is a certified Human Resource Professional and has been in the practice for more than 15 years (after which she stopped counting!). She has worked in different environments within the workplace: in the small business arena, with the federal government, the hospitality industry, and is currently a Senior HR Manager for a large, nonprofit organization headquartered in Philadelphia. Sticks re-joined the Singles World in the early part of 2007, at which time she discovered that long distance running could both be therapeutic and FUN. As a Philadelphia Coyote, she is well on her way to becoming a marathoner. Her most enthused supporter in this endeavor is her 2 year-old granddaughter, Alaina, who likes to shout out "Go, Lola, go!" (“Lola” - a Filipino term of endearment, meaning:Grandma). |
