Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I have tried probaly ten of these "random questions" and they are all stupid. Why dont I wear a scarf? Because I am not a pussy, when it is cold I wear jackets that zip up to my neck, and I like a naked neck. Other wise I would have a mullet.
