| Introduction | I'm an engineer, stock investor, trader, landlord, blogger, and created three websites and an e-book. Planning to restart my life if my marriage doesn't work out in a year or two. I can be contacted via email, but responses are usually slow (within two weeks) because of so much workload that I undertake myself. I'm accomplished financially at top 5% in the US (before assets division for divorce), and almost at top 1% in income. I hold two master's engineering degrees from the top 3 US-ranked universities, one of them tuition-free, and got my two bachelor's degrees on merit-based full-tuition scholarship. Like many Asians, I look younger than my age. As a person, I am strong-willed, hard-working, but easy-going with most things.
