Introduction	I like riding bicycles of all kinds, but especially single-speeds. I also enjoy short, intense, and difficult bouts of strength training. In short; all the pain and suffering I can self inflict without my family and friends trying to "Baker-act" me. This blog is intended to be a record of my feeble attempts to get fast/fit. I suppose we will all see just how interesting and/or entertaining it becomes.
