Introduction	I am David Duarte. I'm a Christian, who loves Jesus and He has given me a talent which I want to put to good use for Him. I am creating the comic/graphic novel series Modern Christians which will change how Christian comics are seen and done. My goal is to show Christanity the way it really is to the whole world, to show Christian readers how to improve their "image" and minds to the world and to show why it's worth getting saved. I also paint sometimes. My influences on my work include Craig Thompson, Joe Sacco, Jim Davis, Bill Watterson, Bryan Lee O' Malley, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto & a few others.
Interests	Drawing, Painting, Reading books and graphic novels, playing video games, hanging out with/chatting with friends, going to church, watching cartoons and anime, and exploring the world and it's different ideas and beliefs.
Favorite Books	The Bible, I Don't Have Enough Faith To Be An Athiest, Blankets, Scott Pilgrim, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Daytripper, 1984, and others.
