Once owners of a raw food eatery in Flagler Beach, Fl, The Almond Blossom Cafe; they have the life experience and knowledge in many areas of this lifestyle with their focus mainly in food preparation. Kim, a professed "Lazy Chef" fell in love with raw foods due to the simplicity of whole uncooked food preparation. Pairing her "need for speed" mentality with her God-given creative talent for putting together delectable recipes that are fun, quick and easy will inspire even the novice to delve right in and give it a try! David, an former Navy Seal with several health issues from the past, has been literately brought back from being bed-ridden for 3 1/2 years, has a appeal to the "he-man" types that are skeptical about eating an all plant-based diet. They recently released a 4 volume set of Raw/Living Food recipe DVD's, titled Healing in the Kitchen, for folks to view some of the favorites from their cafe!
