| Introduction | I've been a professional photographer since 1989; together with my husband, I photographed weddings for 11 years. When the busy lives of my own two kids made it necessary for me to reclaim my weekends, I gave up the wedding gig in 2002 and have specialized in portraits of families, babies, and teens ever since. In 2008, I began offering the same professional retouching services that I provide my portrait clients to anyone who sends me a photograph and I stumbled upon a new passion; I really enjoy transforming a family vacation snapshot into a photo art piece or creating a unique baby announcement using a photo shot by the mother... while I will always enjoy my work as a professional photographer, I find making a not-so-professional photo look amazing equally rewarding and even more challenging. I'm a wife, a mom, a photographer, and a graphic artist (not always in that order!) who loves learning or creating something new. |
