Introduction I am a Scandinavian- American performing storyteller and writer, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature with post-bachelor's degree education in theatre arts. I have acted in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin (Madison area), and Michigan. I have taught drama with Blue Lake Fine Arts School and Camp, Civic Theatre, "WINGS", Lakeshore School of the Arts and West Michigan School of Arts and Academics. I am currently a performing storyteller with Yarn Spinners, Northlands and National Storytelling Networks and a freelance writer. I have published articles in the Quest and Yarn Spinners' Newsletters, and theatre reviews in the Area News and the Chronicle, as well as an article on puppetry in Northlands Storytelling Journal. Recent courses taken were American Signing 1 & 2 for storytelling and "Writing for Children and Teenagers" from the Institute of Children's Literature.
Interests Storytelling, creative drama, acting, singing, writing stories, articles, poems, and children's books. Also, hiking, zumba, & yoga.
Favorite Music Folk (bluegrass & some country), Celtic, sacred, movie scores, and Classical.
