Introduction	I like teaching water to run uphill. And I like teaching citizens to put aside their interests, the interests of their children, of their community. I teach them to subscribe to my vision. This vision will be revealed as soon as I see it. I believe that governemnt spending has the potential to be productive, that is part of my vision.
