| Introduction | My name is Heather, I am 34 years old, mother to two wonderful children and wife to a loving husband. On October 10, 2010 I made a decision to change my life by losing weight. My Journey is just beginning but I feel compelled to share my story in hopes to help others become educated about weight loss. With each pound shed a new me is revealed.
