Introduction	I review sf and fantasy for Library Journal, have published 3 fantasy novels and several short stories, 2 of which are included in collections published by DAW Bks, am working on a novel. When I retire from 30 years of library support work, I want to immerse myself in animal welfare -- I already volunteer at our local animal shelter but I hope to one day have a sanctuary for geriatric dogs and cats.
