| Interests | I suppose this is the section where I am supposed to write that I adore quilting, learning to knit, I am an artist of sorts... i just can't quit. I write music and flow because that's what I do... most people on the street think I'm E. Badu. But, I'm just Shayla trying to cause change and I fight a demon called domestic violence to gain freedom again. This blog is a Pay it Forward movement because I no longer live with the pain of abuse, and I am a Freedom Fighter for the women and children that are still living in "the winter of their discontent..."
