| Introduction | Hi and welcome! So glad you've found my blog. I am an "Ex-vangelical" who spent nearly 20 years in public ministry. Over the past several years, I have been dismantling many of the teachings I believed and taught. In that process, I have found freedom, deep compassion and a real desire to help others find their voice after leaving religion. My coaching practice mainly focuses on helping people find their voice, passion and joy during or after a big life transition of some sort - whether it be changing religions, jobs, locations, or becoming an empty nester, a new parent or a mid-lifer with a desire to continue to live life to the fullest!
