Introduction	We are a brand new business passionate about all things Preserved. Our products are set traditionally the natural way, simply using finest fruits, sugar, and spices. We continue to use these time-honoured jam recipes, hand-stirring each batch of jams in open stainless-steel kettles, to produce wonderful jam,marmalade, and jelly preserves. No pectin or preservatives are added. Just top quality produce, sourced locally whenever possible.
