Introduction	FOUR ON THE MOVE. A family journey. Magda & Antoni, both from Poland, at some point decided to move to the UK when an exciting career opportunity arose there for Magda. Our daughter Lena was then two years old and she has now spent most of her life in England. Recently our second daughter Laura was born and not long afterwards we made a decision that surprised even ourselves and we moved back to Poland. Going back now seems to be just another move and another chapter in our family story. A story of travelling and living in different countries with kids. How is it to move countries when you have children, what are the challenges and why we think it’s still worth it. How is life in the UK (and more specifically in Liverpool) from a perspective of European expats and if you can make this country your home. What do you gain as a family through such experience and how it enriches your children? We’d like to share our story of these big journeys, as well as the smaller ones of our various family travels, through this blog with you.
