Introduction I'm a former college athlete who gained 45 pounds in the years immediately after graduation. My struggle to lose that weight inspired a desire to help others living here in the U.S.O. (United States of Obesity). The Kent Livingstone Weight Loss Plan is based on self-reliance, self-knowledge, and taking control of your life. I did it, and you can do it too.
