Introduction	Innovation in my terms is something that’s new to you and provides a benefit. This can be cash, people or even green ideas. I spend my day looking at cool new stuff which can mean ways of working, technologies, partners and some whacky research. I get involved in lots of client discussions and people look at me to bring ideas to life that help answer the question ” is there a better way?”. My role is to create a vision of that answer. My aim is to empower you to believe that you can get what you want. That there is a better way.
