| Introduction | As I enter my final third phase of my life, I realize that THIS IS IT!!! If I want to accomplish anything; the time is NOW! I also realized that I need to take better care of my body! My intent in sharing my story is to inspire the women in my world to do the same before the final journey begins! In 1993, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and basically given a preliminary 'death sentence'. I refused to believe what my doctors told me and began my journey to increased health! However, I've gotten lazy about my attention to my body, mind and Spirit. People who know me may argue with that but I KNOW my true potential! I made a committment to step it up and then asked The Universe/God to bring me what I need! As expected, my answer appeared. My friend, Linda Costello, told me about her Living Well ~ 30-Days to Increased Health, Wealth and Happiness program. I signed up right away and the rest is history... |
