Introduction	An "Athena" is a triathlete who weighs more than 150 pounds. This blog is about, alternatively, me becoming an athlete, while still technically overweight, and being slow, and learning to accept my body as it is, and getting older, and changing careers, and maybe losing weight, and learning how to run.
