| Introduction | In September of 2009 I went to the garden center; when I got there it was to realized that I had gotten there too late. Only a few herbs were available for purchase & all the racks were emptied. But it didn't stop me & I started with a small herb garden that consisted of parsley, oregano, cilantro & basil. None of these fine herbs make it to the next season. Again I didn't let that discourage me & I took the winter months to read on how to start my own garden. When the season started up again I started to fill up home depot buckets & a few planters with dirt & seedlings. And BOOM that started my whole garden journey. Turns out I love the whole process including making my own compost. Now I have a plentiful garden of not only herbs but veggies too. I found love in gardening & I would love to help others find it too. Gardening makes me wonder why God gave me this wonderful gift. Slowly but surely I am finding out. *** EKG *** |
