| Introduction | I was raised by parents who owned a retail clothing store. Much of what I've learned about retail comes from them. I've lived and taught in Germany giving me additional cultural knowledge and exposure. I've taught management and operations at several universities. My knowledge about efficiency comes from years of teaching, consulting, quality assurance and computer programming. I combine my teaching and consulting experience to offer efficiency and cost-saving tips to clients and friends. |
