| Introduction | I have never professionally written nor cooked. I do however enjoy the finer things in life, like dining out in good restaurants, bars, cafes. Living to eat, I have no time for bad food and drink. When eating out I want service, value, atmosphere and quality ingredients, well prepared and presented. My foodie persona in a word?
