About me

Introduction Fed up with expensive yet very ordinary Indian restaurants, I decided to make 2011 the year to learn how to cook as my mother once did. Having grown up in America with Hyderabadi parents, and about to marry a Tunisian, I figure this might be the most opportune time while in school. While attempting to recreate my childhood favorites, I would like to share my recipes and experiences and would love to hear suggestions on recipes or techniques!
