| Introduction | This partnership was born from a Comenius Regio on European citizenship which develops two local networks of different stakeholders in order to work together for continuing to build and develop "our" Europe. The other partners were met in Grundtvig conference in Brussels (2010), in different Comenius or Grundtvig courses/workshops or thanks to NA data bases. Shocked by the European data showing 17% of "poorers" and 15% of illiterate persons, we all realize how important is culture for inclusion of disadvantaged people into our society. To achieve this aim, working in English and in all national languages (French, Italian, Estonian, Romanian, Latvian, Polish, Portuguese) and using ICT, we will outline and implement a strategic programme based on sensitize creative activities (theatre, music, ...) in marginal areas and on organizing creative workshops (clothing, pottery, ‘dinanderie’, writing, painting, carpet-weaving, scientifical laboratories…) involving directly the disadvantaged persons by the partner institutions. |
