I served as Lecturer in Mechanical Engg in Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal from 1966 to 1976. During NITTR creation of a professional TV Studio and completing global bid Project of developing Multiple Media Training P ackages for Indian Cement Industry and India Railways consisting of Textual Training Manuals, Video Programs & Multi-media Packages etc. I guided four Professors for completing their Ph D theses. Since 2007, I served as consultant to many Engg Colleges of Bhopal & other Places and helped them in Faculty / Technical Staff development, preparing & institutionalizing Curriculum implementation strategies, developing self-corrective Performance Quality Monitoring mechanisms. I have now transformed me in to a freelance consultant eager to share all his complex expertise & experience in improving the productivity of Professional Education System of the world. |
