Introduction | Life is like a cat walk. You ascend, plateau and inevitably you descend, only to start all over again. Thank GOD for LIFE! My favorite walking challenge is a 'cat walk' structure that goes over the freeway and I'm telling you... IT AIN'T NO JOKE :)! It's pictured in the "I Gotta CRAMP Yall!!" post. I'm guessing the full height is about 50 to 75 feet Hey, I'm no engineer :) The more I walk, the stronger I get and the better my blood starts flowing, I find myself more receptive and STILL (Be still and know that I am GOD). It's in those precious moments that He gives me much needed peace of mind, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, love, words to songs, invention ideas, answers to questions.... it's all there when we are STILL. I love to write but occasionally suffer from what I lovingly call Cerebral Flatulence so this blog is an attempt for me to kind of get it all out... it is trully... a catharsis. |

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?
I jump up and down on one leg while tilting my head to the side until it finally runs out. WORKS EVERY TIME!!!
