| Introduction | I do not know what it takes to be a movie reviewer. What I do know is that I have been around for fourscore plus years and have watched and enjoyed movies almost since the introduction of talkies. So my approach to movie commentary is to concern myself with whether or not it is entertaining. So from that viewpoint I am just a movie afficionado who settles into comfortable seat with popcorn and a soft drink to let the images on the silver screen transport me to another place. From time to time I will pass on some tips on good places to eat after the movies, a book I just enjoyed, or some event or happening that might be of interest to you. |
