| Introduction | For over twenty years I have represented clients in all facets of the entertainment industry specializing in music related issues. My practice includes copyright, trademark, book publishing, motion picture, and fine art law. I am a frequent lecturer at seminars and schools including the Peabody Institute of Music, the Maryland Institute of Art and the University of Baltimore Law School. Honors include a Mayor’s Citation, and being named one of the top 115 lawyers in Maryland in Baltimore Magazine. I have been a past president and vice president of Maryland Lawyers for the Arts, and was a founding columnist and advisor for “Scr(I)pt” magazine. Graduated cum laude from University of Maryland Baltimore County campus with a dual major in Economics and Political Science. Member of Omicron Delta Epsilon economic honor society. Past columnist and music reviewer for the Retriever newspaper, and a disc jockey for WUMD. Juris Doctorate with honor from University of Maryland School of Law in 1984. Member of the Moot Court Board. |
