| Introduction | I am employed by Draft Beer Services Inc. This is not to be confused with Draught Services, which is a division of The Beer Store. That said, the views and opinions I express here are not the opinions or views of Draft Beer Services Inc. Nor does my employer screen my content. I have been working as a technician in Draught(DRAFT) Beer Dispense since June of 2004, and before that, in Restaurant Maintenance, and as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps. The opinions here are mine. They are built upon my experience, and the experience of my friends, mentors, contemporaries, competitors, and students. If you disagree with the professional opinions found here, please contact me. If I am wrong, I will post a corrective or modified article.
