| Introduction | My name is Jefe (pronounced “heh-fay” for you “northern” folks). It is a name my best friends gave me years ago. Jefe means “boss” in Spanish. Ironically, I am not a boss nor have I had a boss for all of my adult life. I know that “everything rises and falls on leadership”. That is why I am an unapologetic supporter of TEAM. I believe TEAM is the greatest leadership training vehicle available today. That said, the opinions expressed on this blog are mine and mine alone. I was not asked to start a blog and no one is paying me to do so ... if I was paid, someone is going to want a refund :) ... No, I am just like the thousands of my team mates that suddenly found themselves with a little more time on their hands. |
