About me

GenderMale
Occupationpsychiatric nursing
LocationBirmingham, Alabama, United States
IntroductionI am of the television generation. Our elementary school let us watch Alan Shepard launch into space on a TV in the school cafeteria. I stayed up late one summer night eight years later to see Neil Armstrong climb down from the landing module and step onto the moon. This year I saw the last American shuttle launch into space. I have worked in the ministry, nursing the physical body, and nursing the inner person. I have also spent a few years in manufacturing plants in Mississippi, Georgia, and Alabama. I served six years in the Army Reserve. My wife of 30 years is also a nurse. Our son is a special needs adult who we have been blessed to have in our lives and who has helped make us a loving family.
