Introduction	Ola! I'm Maria Dias and I'm addicted to running, health, wellness and really anything to do with fitness. True story, I HATED running with a capital "H"! One day, I went off to college, gained the Freshmen 50 (yes, not 15) and discovered what it was like to not be healthy. Decided to make a change and what started off as walking, eventually evolved to running. Here I am, 8 years later and 50 pounds lighter; 3-half marathons and 2-full marathons under my belt. And now, I've gone to the dark side...Crossfit.
Interests	Running, snowboarding, hiking, chilling with my awesome dog, reading, traveling, spending quality time with family, and any time I can spend outside, I'm IN!
Favorite movies	Anchorman, Zoolander, White Chicks, Super Bad - ya know the real intellectual stuff!
Favorite music	Anything with a good beat - I seriously listen to it all!
Favorite books	Ohhh too many to pick from! Love all the comedians who came out with books, Chelsea Handler, Kathy Griffin, Tina Fey - these ladies are my hero's!
