| Introduction | I'm a 27-year-old graduate student at OSU who loves to travel. I'm getting my MA in TESOL, and I have my BS in Geology from UConn. I'm shopping for a PhD program either in Sociology or Linguistics. I love college and never, ever want to leave again. I grew up in Dallas. I have had a varied career, from jobs in the environmental industry, to market research, to teaching the GRE/GMAT, to teaching English in Costa Rica, to waitressing at various seedy joints, to doing promotions and spokesmodelling for various nightclubs, car shows, racing tracks,hair products, and liquor companies. It's all been interesting. My goal is to live every day of my life enjoying what I am doing. In keeping with this goal, I believe in eating only what I really like. This means that when I have steak, I have the filet, medium rare, with gorgonzola melted on the top, and sauteed onions and mushrooms on the side. I love getting older because I know exactly what I want and usually how to get it. |
