Introduction	I built my own house, trained a dog team, have run marathons and cycled long distances.I have taught swimming to children and adults since 1993 and currently operate a private swim instruction business and developing a writing career. I live off the grid in the bush of NW Ontario, Canada.
Interests	Dog sledding, reading about dog sledding, any aquatic sports, cycling, running, weight lifting, travelling, photograph, camping (trying winter camping), pretty much anything
Favorite Movies	Swing Kids. I have lots of others but I can't think of any right now.
Favorite Music	Lorena McKennitt, Enya, mellow stuff, although I love watching "The Rolling Stones". Mic is a true example of fitness for life.
Favorite Books	Collected Poems of Robert Service, Island of the Blue Dolphins, Mists of Avalon
