Introduction	I started brewing six years ago doing extract batches in my college appt. Now over the last year my passion for brewing has grown. I now brew all-grain in my garage in OH. I brew a wide range of beers from IPA's to French Saisons. Everything I do and know has been self taught by reading books, blogs, forums, magazines and brewing through trial and error.
