Introduction	Penelope Roeder is President of Strategic Support Services, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. She has more than twenty years’ experience working with organizations and their executives to make and implement complex strategic decisions. Over the course of her career, Ms. Roeder has guided and participated in all aspects of organizational planning and execution with both for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations. She has provided one-on-one coaching to individual executives as well as facilitated team-based planning and decision making.
