| Introduction | Russ has spent 25 years in business, government, and education. Since 2000, Russ has been affiliated with Central Educational Center (CEC), a charter school in Newnan, Georgia serving as a state and national model for seamless education and workforce development. He served as CEO from 2003-2005. CEC was named a national model in early 2004, and Russ decided to start Seamless Education Consultants, Inc. to help clients that want to examine and adopt the ADDIE business process (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluate) that was used to create CEC. Russ is working nationwide with communities, departments of education, technical and community colleges, companies, foundations, and individuals. Russ has a BA from Georgia State University and a M. Ed. in Educational Administration and Leadership with a focus in Business from Arizona State University. |
