| Introduction | I have been in education for 27 years; I taught elementary school before entering the school administration world. I served as a principal before becoming a superintendent, and now a Director of American Programs in China... I did my undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota-Morris and my Masters Degree at the University of Minnesota. I received a 6th Year Certificate for K-12 Principal and Superintendent Licensure at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Finally, I received my Doctorate in Education at the University of North Dakota. |
