Introduction	I was diagnosed with CFS/ME in August '05 and had to give up work in August '06. I'm currently working at trying to be well and trying to have a life, which can seem mutually exclusive a lot of the time, but after nearly 9 years I finally seem to be getting better at it. Travelling, even locally, is almost out, talking is often hard, I've lost touch with many friends, and some family I only see once every few years, so I'm starting a blog in an attempt to fill the communication gap. Not that I expect people to read it, but to fulfil my need for at least the semblance of communication with the outside world.
