Introduction My planning interests are in sustainability, eco-friendly transit & alternative energy, smart growth when appropriate, urban revitalization, esp. downtowns and post-industrial/Rustbelt cities, with emphasis on use of sustainable techniques and materials & gentrification and its implications, both good and bad and how it affects everyone.
Interests Urban planning, art, history of classical music, graffiti, the chicken and egg relationship between art, music, literature, and philosophy, new urbanism, sustainable architecture, Rene Magritte, Max beckmann, and Edward Hopper.
