Introduction	I'm a food lover (maybe worshipper is a better description) and I'm very good at that. In the spirit of full disclosure, I attended culinary school and have been a caterer, restaurant line-cook, chef and disgruntled employee. But now I cook for good (instead of the evil, soul-killing of professional cooking) and I'm a garden enthusiast and a pusher, in that I have a biological need to feed people. This diary is a way for me to catalog my recipes and menu ideas, food fantasies and garden activities- nothing more or less. My husband Chris appears frequently in my posts, since he eats everything I cook and grow!
