With the help of the second contributor, Dr Suresh, who is simply a doyen in the field quality services. Both read Statistics for their primary degree at UPM.
Dr. Vijanth has his Masters in Engineering Computation with a Distinction and PhD in Intelligent Systems and Control from Queen's University of Belfast. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Dept., University Technology Petronas, Tronoh. Dr. Suresh have both his Master and PhD from UKM Malaysia in field of Quality Product (Service) Improvement under Supervision of Prof Dr. Mokthar - a prominent consultant in adopting KPI in Malaysian establishment.
