| Introduction | I am a Research and MEARL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Reporting, and Learning) consultant with ten years’ experience in Myanmar and the Asia-Pacific region. I specialize in M&E, research, data analysis, and reporting for humanitarian and sustainable development programs. I have collaborated with UN agencies, embassies, INGOs, LNGOs, CSOs, and women’s organizations on research and M&E initiatives across public health, gender equality, social inclusion, psychosocial support, conflict sensitivity, climate change, child protection, and education. I am skilled in working with vulnerable populations and leading multidisciplinary teams. Well-versed in international evaluation standards, including the norms and principles of the OECD-DAC framework, I have experience in complex, sensitive, fragile, and conflict-affected environments, with a track record of leading and/or contributing to more than forty research and MEARL initiatives. |
