Introduction	What about me? Well lets just say that I'm a free spirited individual. I live with the beat of my own drum and I am not afraid to express my thoughts and emotions. I'm a home body and loves to be around family. I grew up in a huge family so that means lots of get to together and lots of food while we get together.lol! Anyways, I am starting this blog to challenge myself in becoming a healthier individual. I just pray that I succeed at it. I have had multiple attempts to losing weight. However, I often fall of the wagon and it's hard for me to get back on track. And every time I try to start losing weight, I would always have added baggage from where I left off. So this time I had an epiphany and I just snap out of it and realized this year is the year where I will be successful. I know deep inside me that I CAN DO IT!!!!
