Current research interests include exploring how learning experience design, user-centered design, and design thinking can enhance e-learning engagement and effectiveness; investigating microlearning and spaced repetition approaches to optimize online knowledge acquisition and retention; finding ways to increase social connection, teacher presence, and immediacy in digital environments; and evaluating emerging technologies like virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) for their potential benefits and limitations in educational contexts. |
