| Introduction | I love baking, and even though I can't bake a cake out of a box if you give me a complex 20 step recipe with baker's percentage's I'll knock it out of the park (or kitchen). There is something therapeutic about baking and getting to enjoy eating the results. Its also neat to see flour, sugar, butter and other ingredients come together to create something delicious that everyone can enjoy. |
