Introduction	After calling East and North Africa home for nine years, I've recently returned to the United States and am adjusting to life in the new and foreign "country" of Kentucky. The Lord has blessed me with a season that is refreshingly less busy than any of our time overseas, and I'm taking advantage of this Sabbath to process my transition in writing. It's not easy for me to be still and wait upon the Lord, but He is transforming my heart (when I'm not running ahead of Him and making my own plans). And, because I am a true believer in community, I hope we can converse along the way and grow and learn from one another's life experiences and spiritual journeys.
