Introduction	Between family and running, there is only work, but work is boring. On the other hand, I run a lot. It makes me extremely happy, I run with the Runner's Edge of the Rockies. I'm married to the most awesome lady in the whole world, Carol. We have two daughters. Sierra is 15 years old. Lauren is 11 years old. Harley is our four year old Golden Retriever.
